  20. Is there a way to remove guns

    Hello There! So i have modded my gta to be British and its came along really well the game looks good but i really need to remove guns from ai civs and some police officers. i only want armed police to have guns, i was wondering if there is a way to do this and if not what can i do to lower the guns chance?
