Ever wanted to play as a British dog handler but couldn't find a car to fit i took it apon my self after watching a youtube video from double doppler to make such a vehicle texture because me my self couldn't find one anyways here is the result free to use instructions on how to use and install are as follows.

Hello all i was searching for a good British EUP pack for a while and couldn't find one that worked with 8.2
so after hours of looking i have taken the time to retexture the Eup to be British the Uniforms included are as follows

How to Install

Step one: 
OpenIV > Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles 

Step two: 
In the folder you donwloaded head into files and copy all files and paste them to the above place 

Step Three: 
Go into the ELS Folder and copy Police4.xml to your els folder

Next head into police4.ytd and replace yours with the one inside
