Which do you guys recommend? I've watched the videos and have used radiance but I really cant tell the difference.

I was a having a similar problem where the streets would be full of police cars. No other vehicles or peds but the traffic flow mod seemed to fix that so like xdodox said give that a try it should fix your problem too.

Its been working for me so far. The only thing I will say is if you don't have EFLC and you want to get it buy it off steam and not the windows marketplace cause spark iv will not be able to find the files NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!!!! LOL I found that out the hard way but hey its nice cause if i want to play a clean game with only lcpdfr and no car mods ect. I just play TBOGT....

Yeah I got those issues with Battlefield 2 (the crazy streaks). And my brother ran an update on my graphics card and that fixed it.

I like the Tahoe except its a little hard to drive its really bouncy but doesn't roll like most trucks on this game. The State Police is one of my favorites I don't like the light bar i have though to much red I'm just to lazy to change it haha. The Charger skin is made by bw1231996 here on lcpdfr.com

Yeah like interference said I changed the resolution for better quality cause my computer has been running really slow for the past couple days for some reason. So I've been having to play on a low res to keep lag down. My graphics card can't handle enb so until I upgrade I have to deal with the bright lights.

Is that all I need to write in there and just leave everything else as is? This is kind of confusing cause I don't quiet understand how something so simple can fix an issue that drives me crazy. I guess it just looks so easy I'm over analyzing.

Where do I actually put the commandline? Same place I put ELS? If so it does seem to be working right. And I don't see availablevidmem

I use fraps and it make my game super laggy so I'm looking for a new recorder.

Just like they said its your ELS. If you don't know how to turn AI ELS off go into EFLC folder where you placed the ELS and find the ELS config file open that up and scroll down til you see AI SP=1 or something close to that and change the 1 to a 0. That should fix your crashing issues.

I can run everything on high as long as its not HD but it still lags quite a bit

Oh i know for a fact my graphics card is outdated. I'm not very good at this whole custom computer thing I usually go by what my brother says. I have an AMD processor cause i can't afford a new motherboard with an i7 so i have to stick with what I got. He told me to go with ATI cause it cooperates better with AMD since they're made by the same people.

Well I have a 9500GT right now and a 600w psu and they work fine (not excellent) but I'm upgrading to a ati 5770 and a 750w psu.

lol thanks ill try to fool around with speeds. I believe it may be my graphics card also. I'm ordering a new graphics card and power supply this weekend so hope that will help.

They said in an email to members that they bought another sever to handle the traffic and should have it up in 3 days at the latest.

I notice in some of these videos the police lights on some cars look more like strobes than just a flashing like. I'm looking for that strobe effect I have the setting set to 0 ms in the config file but still no strobe effect. Can i go lower than 0? Anyone have any ideas?

I got an email early this morning from GPM saying that when they went up so many people logged on it crashed the server. The bought a new server and are currently working to get it online they said GPM should be up and running in 24-72 hours. Heres the email. Many of you have probably noticed today that GPM is down.
