Included Black Rim Texture !

The Original EUP Pants and Top from LSPD Officer Uniform dont match,so i decided to change this....
 
I adjusted the top part color and exchanged a pants already existing in EUP with the normal LSPD pants. And these are color-adapted to each other.
The uniform now looks much more realistic.
I also changed the Color for METRO units. 
 
The Badge is not included.
 
you need EUP LAW and ORDER 
 
This is made with EUP 9.4 but it can be also used with 8.2 and above.

This is for People who wants to play the Story but with ELS Cars enabled.
Problem is you can not finish this Mission with ELS cars.
So i Decided to make a Savegame on Version 1.0.7.0 after this Mission so you can play the Story after this !

No more Destroyed Police car Ambulances or Fire Truck when there Responding to you ! 
All Emergeny Vehicles are now Deformation free.
There can be Destroyed by Shoots Fire and can explodet. 
But no Deformation after Chrashes or something..
 
Looks better on Patrol we all know how Chaotic Responding Unit can be.. 
I have the same Mod for GTA 5 if you intrestet look by gta 5 Category under Misc.

the reason for this Mod is i love the HOOD Area but every time im on Patrol shooting the taser on a Suspect the hole HOOD just kill me in no time..

i play on 3.1 becouse i dont like the new LSPDFR version... so you can do this to make this work on the neweset version.. but i dont make this this for it.
Its make with EUP 8.1
its Only EUP i can make the AI guys to when you requesting it.
 
For a better View I took the Mic over the Vest so its looking better and Realistic.
i Dont know if its work for other Vest Models.
I used Hand Models for this. It's Overwrites your Badges 
Make Backup's before you install some of it.
