    "Open up SparkIV and then click Browse, give this some time as it attempts to find your GTA IV folder. When it refresh's go through the tree to GTAIV -> pc -> models -> cdimages then on the right side of the window double click vehicles.img to open it." I go to open and i get this; please help :(
