whats up fellas.how can i replace the original lcpd cop cars.how can i get rid of all the cabs and police cars and put more civilian cars in traffic flow.i barely have any traffic to begin with.help please.

bought on line at steam man still can't work the light ,it gives me options to activate diff. light modes ,but i can't turn them on ,one piece of the light bar comes on and stays solid.anymore hints on how to do this

thanks alot guys finally got a good car in ,but all my previous entries are still in there also.still can't work the lights ,at the beginning one part of the light bar is on(no blinking,head lights can be activated)just can't work ELS ,any hints that would help will be great.

hi fellas after a lot of help from you guys i was able to get two cars into the game,now i wanna change the cars in there ,i got the LAPD charger and an unmarked unit with no skin,want them out but don't know how. i dont't remember the file names so i can replace the cars.Another question when you transfer the cars into the game do you also have to transfer other files too or just the wft. and wtd. and if so how do i get the other files into the game. need a patient person to help out cause i'm really computer dumb. just love the way the game looks and want to learn how to download and install for it correctly. thanks in advance for any help.

i got it from gtainside unmarked crown vicks, it was a package with four crown vics,i used the one from california

i mean the car i picked is black and the one in the game has all the parts but their not defined,no color ,lights don't work.For example imagine a kids coloring book before they color it,like i said i'm pretty new at all this so be patient lol(computer dumb)lol

yep, still super sensetive.and a hell of a lag issue too it didnt have lag issues with gta4

im using motioninjoy but for some reason when for example i turn left or something like that the joystick is very sensetive

different? i'm using a low end laptop and i'm using ps3ds controller can i adjust the joystick reaction time or is the cheesy lap top?

ty. i got it but now only some of the cars show up and lights dont work,the lights on the generic cars work but not on the downloaded cars.
