This mod allows to spawn Police, Swat and Military hostile. 
It also allows you to spawn Random characters that will act as bodyguards or Policemen will protect you. (can be used together with LSPDFR)

INSTALLATION : 

Download ScriptHookDotNet 

Put ScriptHookDotNet2.dll and ScriptHookDotNet.asi into GTA V root folder 

Put "policeattackers.cs" into scripts folder (ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Thef Auto V\scripts\) 

Start GTA V. 

COMMANDS : 

Press "U" to spawn Police Enemy 

Press "i" to spawn Swat (Noose) Enemy 

Press "O" to spawn Marine Enemy 

Press "X" to spawn Casual Peds Bodyguard 

Press "K" to spawn Police Bodyguard
