So I should ditch Arrest Manager and only use Stop The Ped, or does Arrest Manager have some other features that STP doesn't have?

I got everything fixed now, thank you for your help! The fix was going to RAGEPluginHook's settings - Game Settings - Command Line switches - ticking DirectX 11 (if your graphics card doesn't support DirectX 11, then use 10 or 10.1) and Force Windowed Mode. After the game has started you can make it fullscreen again. Hope this helps- 1,196 comments

@Albo1125 I tried that pressing 1 method, it kinda worked, the game unfroze, but I can't get the radio to come up and it says that Police SmartRadio loaded successfully. And I still would like to know how to enable DirectX for RAGEPluginHook.

@Albo1125 Yeah I can't use F4 for the console and that's maybe why my Computer+ doesn't work either. But where can I enable DirectX in the RAGEPluginHook settings? There's only Disable DirectX Hook setting, but that's not ticked.

@Albo1125 After I go on-duty, the game freezes, but I can still navigate the GTA V default menu. I have Traffic Policer installed and I also have the latest RAGENativeUI and Albo1126.Common.dll. I used Albo's troubleshooter too, but that showed no errors. I have tried reinstalling my entire GTA V, LSPDFR and Police SmartRadio. I added RagePluginHook.log too. RagePluginHook.log It would mean a lot if someone can help me.

Did you fully deleted only Police SmartRadio or everything? because i have reinstalled my gta v so many times and police smart radio won't work at all and freezes after going on duty. RagePluginHook.log

I have tested that only Traffic Policer works and if I want to add Police Smart Radio, then after I go on-duty, the game freezes, but I can still navigate the GTA V default menu and I can't use Police Smart Radio without Traffic Policer. When I type the suspect's name or vehicle number, the buttons activate, for example when I type G in the suspects name, my character starts to search the ped and when the suspect's name includes Z, my in-game map zooms out.
