i thought i was the only one who thought this man was "Krazzy" but thank you because the admins arent corrupt officer krazzy here just pisses them off to where they dont give 2 fucks about him he cant spell he is too tired or cant spell or is typing to fast. also it was probably a miss type so stop hating on the small things and PM him on LCPDFR instead of doing it on his files. it would be alot more cleaner site if people told people to fix the title in Pm instead of the comments. in my opinion i feel that people should keep negitive thought and comments to them self and only post positive this about the file in the comments. for the most part if he is working that is good and dont hate on the man he just needs some pointers along the way some day he will be making cars like me. i can add cages if you want?- 7 comments

hello everyone this my unmarked crown Victoria V6 for thanks giving in canada and for the united state when they have theres this this is decked out with lights from top to bottom Vehicle: 2011 CVPI Lightining Setup: Code 3 lightning Models Message: As everyone has seen i have not uploaded in a very long time, i wanted to continue modeling but GTa 4 has changed alot, i cant mod the current game, Gta 5 same thing, I have turned 18 yesterday, the vic skyrocketed to 1.3k downloads. ive just decided its time to move on and just continue day to day things, i would continue on gta 4 but i deleted zmod 2. Like my cars and things but im staying out of my old routine, the community a certain people ruined it. I will not associate with Krazzy. i dont leak, i dont do anything like that. anyways its 2021 almost 2022.- 4 comments

This is a Tutorial of how to downgrade your gtaiv to 1.0.7.0, PM me if you have any issues What you need: - Fresh Install Of your GTAIV - Title Update 1.0.7.0 -follow closely of my instructions 1. Take your Paul.Dll out of your Directory and place it on the desktop. to force the update to locate the directory Picture: 2. Run the Title Update be sure to extract it into a folder onto the desktop 3. hit the x when this comes up 4. drag the paul.dll into your directory from the desktop then start your game it should pop up like this if you did it right. okay first thing is it could be because you are on 1.0.4.0 because most people are on 1.0.7.0. my 2nd explaination it could be because the game isnt well optimized and it was never there in the first place. 3rd explaination it could be because what ever all of the things you added it could be conflicting with your game . or my last thought is it might take longer to load in because of all the modifactions you have in the game. but other then that i really dont know
