Yeah. That's easy. Don't touch the vehicles.img in your game. They stay. So far, you cannot add additional non els cars on their own since they need to be in the previously mentioned car slots.

Any car that has somewhere on it saying Non ELS will work drag and drop into fbi, noose, police, police2, police3, police4, policeb, polpatriot, nstockade, pstockade, ambulance and firetruck. You may however have to change some handling lines to prevent roll-overs. Also, take note that FBI and policeb only have 4 emergency lights available, so if you take a car that uses all 8 in a police slot and put it in fbi or policeb, only the first 4 siren lights will work.

Um. Hm. Let me see. I don't think it comes with a template so you have two options it looks like. One is to "rough it" and try and skin it by tweeking the .png files inside the .wtd of the helicopter or you could go the "easy way" and beg somebody to do it. (Please don't beg me)

It is because the cops lower torso model is spawned as if the raincoat is being used on the upper torso. Just do some jigging with an SNT and that will fix it. It's perfectly normal.
