I have installed open iv normaly and it wont open when it installs it installs but theirs no application to find after installing it

Gta 5 will crash if i load story mode just plan old gta 5 not with rage plugin hook if load it with rage plugin hook it wont load like it wont load to game point as in i can actually play i reinstalled gta 5 and i am still getting the same problem

So i have tried launching rage plugin to launch with gta 5 i have tried starting up gta 5 then launching rage plugin (during start up of gta 5) i have tried launching gta 5 to story mode but wont load because it keeps crashing

can you add costume police vehiclel without actually taking another police vehicle so instead of changing like police2.xml and etc but can you just change the name like policeSherrif.xml or something random with a name
