This is my third file of any kind for GTA5 Remember that

Installation:
1.Install OpenIV: http://openiv.com/
2.Download Orig Vehicle Files: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/16863-2011-forza-cvpi-pack/
ONCE YOU HAVE VEHICLE FILES OPEN ORIG FILES

3.Locate- update/64/dlcpacks/patchday10ng/dlc.rpf/64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf again click copy to mods folder in RED
4.Click and drag police4.yft police4_hi.yft and police4.ytd from the folder into OpenIV
5.Now scroll down to police4.ytd and double click on it to open it open my .zip if not already open, open first folder
you will see an image with the name of cvpi_sign_1 put my zip and the ytd file side by side click and drag 
cvpi_sign_1 into the .ytd file click ok when the box opens up then click save in the right hand corner it will exit
6. Go back up to the police4.yft file double click it and make sure that the skin is now on the CVPI.
7.Download Script Hook V and Simple Trainer
8.Run GTA 5 Open simple trainer go to spawn vehicles go to Emergency then spawn Unmarked Cruiser and enjoy.
