Alright, I got it all fixed up, but now LCPDFR won't activate. It's just the normal game. How do I fix that?
Okay, NOW none of my player models are showing up- The weapons show up and the buildings and everything show up, but no people.

Okay, I did all those steps mentioned above, and it came up with a fatal error. If you wanna know what it is, I can include a screenshot next.

Okay, I didn't need the windows files, and I did the verify integrity. I also re-downgraded back to the old version. But it's doing the exact same thing.

yeah you should. Go here, but you will need to downgrade to 1.0.7.0 again. This is the last resort. Click verify integrity of game files and let it perform the actions. This is a last resort.

and my game runs perfectly fine, I have script hook and all the required dependencies. my tool has always been a bit screwed.

Just LCPDFR.

I had to downgrade my GTA IV. But, now when I try to start it. I'm waiting for over 30+ minutes, and it still doesn't load me in. How can I Fix that?

I fixed it, it's okay. Although just for reference, it's steam.

The same thing happened to me. I just installed LCPDFR and GTA IV wouldn't start up.
