This is compatible with any vehicle model based on BXBugg123's 2014 Charger template. Screenshots utilize @Him1250 - 2013-2014 Albuquerque Police DWI Enforcement pack (slicktop) for the screenshots. The video below utilizes @JJDawkins 2014 Charger with a light bar
 
v2.0 now includes the 2016 Explorer from JJDawkins! :)

################ REQUIREMENTS ################
-OpenIV
-One of the previously mentioned vehicle models
 
################ INSTALLATION ################
Navigate to the vehicle model you want to add the skin to via OpenIV. For example, here is where my vehicle is installed (BTW I changed "FBI5" or "Police4" to sheriff. You can use whatever you want:
 
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday11ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf.
 
I will use the police3 file as an example.
 
In OpenIV click "Edit Mode" > sheriff.ytd > chr2_sign_1 > Replace > chr2_sign_1 > verify the background is the correct texture > Save > Close OpenIV.  > Play GTA V :)
This vehicle model comes with support for multiple liveries, so feel free to chose which livery "slot" you want to use by changing the last number in chr2_sign_1, to one of the numbers available (seen in OpenIV > sheriff.ytd)

I highly recommend a full backup of your GTA V game while modding as it is very easy for files to be corrupted, and difficult to rectify the problem without a clean backup file.
