    That worked, thank you! I'm clueless as to why it wasn't working in fullscreen mode, unless the latest version of RPH is messing with something, because I was able to use it flawlessly while in fullscreen mode on my old computer. Do you happen to know of a fix for this, because I'd really prefer to play in fullscreen mode if I can since the system's resources aren't fully allocated to the game in windowed mode like in fullscreen.
     
    Very bizarre, but if I have to play in windowed borderless for it to work at all, so be it.
     
    Edit: Through some more research, I figured out that pressing Alt+Enter in-game makes it fullscreen and everything works fine. Thank you very much for your help!

    I played LCPDFR on GTA 4 and I would be playing it during times like this when the GTA V version is broken, but the goddamn game itself is a terrible port for the PC and so buggy. Lots of patience and learning pays off for modding, not that I have any experience with modding GTA V. If you're seriously interested, go on YouTube and search for some tutorials, I'm sure there are some good ones.
