    Made it for personal use, but decided to upload it here.
     Requirements: 
     
    How to Install:
    1. Go to the plugins folder of your GTAV directory then to the LSPDFR folder and go into the computer plus folder. Add the file into the backgrounds folder change name to adps.
    Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\ComputerPlus
     
    2. Go back to the LSPDFR folder in plugins and open the computerplus.ini with notepad or notepad++. Scroll down the ini and change what ever background you would like to adps.jpg, then save.
