Okay, is there a tutorial on how to start modeling?

Hello there. I'm VERY New to modeling and I have a program called Z-Modeler I have a problem importing things. I imported police.wft into ZModeler and it worked fine. Then I tried to import police.wdt and it didn't show up, the file was on my desktop but it didn't show up. Can someone help me??

So today I installed PPM To see if it could work with LCPDFR. I uninstalled it and started up my game and all of my mods were gone. They didn't load AT ALL I tried about 50 times and still it didn't work. I have everything installed correctly. my trainer wouldn't even start. NOTHING. This is frustrating does anyone have a solution my game used to work perfectly with ELS And LCPDFR and everything. Now it doesn't Specs: Intel Core i5 6.00 RAM Windows 7 64BIT

I really think there should be a mod where you can add more siren tones to the game such as; - Wail (Already in game) - Yelp (Already in game) - Phaser (Already in game) - Wail Down - HiLo - Manual - Rumbler This could be awesome and I'm hoping someone could do this. Please reply of what you think and tell me if you could make this.

I know why this happends. It all depends on your computer, you need to have good ram and prossesing power. I get this sometimes, my GTA IV Takes a long time to load. Then when I press ALT+P It stops, however this only happends to me when my computer is doing multiple taskes at once, your GTA IV is only loading the main files of the game. Try managing unnessacery taskes you can also try to turn down your settings and uninstall mods (If you have to many) This is all I curently know of. Give it a try! I also have a labtop, Samsung with Intel Core i5 and NVIDIA OPTIMUS, It works fine
