I've been doing searches on google to find out how I become able to receive new callouts after responding to one. At the time I didn't know that you had to hold ALT (config calls it MENU) and then press E to be able to receive new callouts. I went ahead and looked at the LCPDFR config file and noticed the MENU+E binding to UpdateCalloutState, and then looked for the appropriate binding for controllers since i play using a controller instead of the keyboard. The UpdateCalloutState binding for controllers is empty, so you would have to either push MENU+E or add a binding yourself. I dont know if RB does anything, so i set the callout state update to it. At first I thought the info box was telling me to push ~ on the keyboard, but that would open the console instead,
