This is for all ELS users out there, taxi lights are too bright?, not anymore. Keep in mind that this mod also depends on the visual settings you use, so the light intensity can differ from game to game.

This mod brings all GTA IV original emergency vehicles but this time working with ELS! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - This mod uses vanilla handling.dat and vehicles.ide files (I included them in case you don't have backup of those files) - POLICE3 and POLICEB works only on EFLC (unless you change the name and replace them as other cars) You can also Use the mod "More Vehicles" By Custo to install them. - It is important that you install the ELS.ini files correctly for each vehicle, otherwise the lighting may not work properly - Make sure to backup your files.
