    This is a mini pack of skins for the ELS 2016 Mustang GT350R by Masterschwag. When I first saw the car I wanted to use it for the SAHP, but there were no SAHP skins. So I made two myself. To install (with edit mode on, duh) go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/policegt350r/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/policegt350r.ytd/  OR install wherever you placed the car, for example your latest patchday.

    This is my South Carolina license plate pack, which I made after beginning to work on South Carolina liveries for agencies around me (which will be released on here soon). In this pack there are six different license plates, which have lore and non-lore versions. These plates will be listed below. Furthermore, I've included a carcols.ymt to adjust the size of the text on the plate and the color for accuracy.
