Instructions 
 frist you will need map editor for this map to work. Then drag and drop the xml file into your 
main GTA V Directory then load it in and have fun.

hey there this officer deyoung thanks for the download to instill it its very easy first you need enhanced native trainer for it to work then take the objectsini.xml file 
drop into GTA V main directory. then sobriety check point sign file Use OpenIV to intall the texture, One you have OpenIV, Put the Texture in. 
GTAV > x64f.rpf > levels > gta5 > props > roadside > v_constructions > Replace prop_consign_02a.ytr then you are done and have fun. go to the native trainer save set objects then 
load it in then it well appear in sandy shores on rt 68 by highway us 13

i made this because i like to roleplay as a d.o.t officer i tried to make as realistic as possible. download and have fun. the location of the station is on great ocean highway north chumash by the military base.  you will need enhanced native trainer to get this map to work. also i'm not the creator of the enforcement vehicle in the pics i just used it as in the pics for the inspection station the creator of the vehicle is jumperman09 i just added 2 more inspection stations on this map
