Hello everyone! Tonight I am releasing to you my mini pack for Orlando Police that is just all crown vic's!
This was sort of a request, and not something I was going to originally do, but it came to be, and with some help by Jank, it came to fruition.
 
As stated, this is a mini pack for Orlando Police, and features only crown victoria's. It is unlikely that it will every include any other cars since the pack was made to work with @Skys Development Orlando Police pack once he releases it. Currently the pack is completed and fully useable, there will be some updates coming to it, like a few skins needing to be changed, or if something isn't working properly.
 
Also like I said, I want to give a huge thanks to @JankModding for giving me his Orlando Skins to release this pack with, without him, this honestly probably wouldn't be on here!
 
I also want to give a huge thanks to @Skys Development for custom making a setina pushbar for this pack to have cutouts for the lights, thank you bro!
 
I hope everyone truly enjoys this pack, and I can't wait to see everyone patrolling with them! Have fun!

Installation:
1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmwhumcvpi’.
3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

        <Item>dlcpacks:/dmwhumcvpi/</Item>

4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for: 
DLS Users: 
        Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/Plugins/DLS/
ELS Users: 
        Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then in the DLC folder, Drag and drop the "lspd legacy pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/lspd legacy pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Q. Do I have to pay your commercial fee?
A. It is extremely encouraged that you pay the $10 USD fee if your using it in a server more than 300 Members. This helps support future development and is a TINY fraction of what other devs charge to even get their packs

This is a small little tow truck pack I've been working on for about 3 months. currently only including an F550 Rollback.
Hoping to add more to this in the future but we shall see.
This pack should work in both Singleplayer and Fivem as long as you install the correct version

I've tried clearing up anything confusing as best i could
 
Difference between "Static" and "Moving" Rollback
Moving rollback means that the bed will move using NUM 5 and NUM 8 (to be used with the flatbed script)
(use if your going to use yourself with the flatbed script)
 
Static rollback means that the bed will not move (for scripts where the car is teleported onto the bed)
(also might be prefered if you only want AI's to use the truck)
 
Tool boxes open by opening the trunk and hood

Vehicle Installation:

Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line

The trucks will now load ingame!
 
Flatbed Script Installation:
First, Install the rollback script from gta5-mods https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/flatbed-script
After you've succesfully installed that. 
in the download there will be a "Scripts" folder. you can drag and drop that into your directory.
Now you can do some good ole' towin!
 
Stop The Ped Flatbed Replacement:
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - LSPDFR - StopThePed.ini
When you open the INI. Look for the section near the bottom with the tag [TowService]
Here, you will want to change FLatbedTruckModel to FlatbedTruckModel=F550ROLLBACK
Then, go to the offset cordinates and make FlatbedOffset FlatbedOffset=0.0,-0.1,-0.1
Now they will respond properly when called and cars will not be floating!

Hello everyone! I am finally back with this pack again. It's been a very long time coming for it as well. So I am today releasing a new version, which is going to be in Alpha since not all cars are done yet, and there is a few things that still need to be fixed, but as of right now, it is in a full useable state. At this moment, I will also leave the old version included, but once the new version is fully completed, the old one will be completely removed.
 
This pack is back with new lights, cars, interiors, skins, plates and more. The last time I updated this was back in 2020, and I feel like this poor pack is being left out, after only being my third pack I made when I first started, behind ISP being the first, and CPD being the second, this pack finally need to be remade. I also have news for CPD, and even ISP, that both packs are being rebuilt with CPD going full DLS full absolute full realism with lighting and everything, and ISP may also follow suit with going full DLS, I am still not sure on that though.

Cayo Perico Policia 23 Ranger
 
     This features a 2023 Ford Ranger sporting a Liberty Lightbar in Blue and Green Lighting. I made this to mess around with on Cayo Perico for a stream and figured others may want to try it out as well. While this vehicle isn't quite my normal standards I had fun building it even tho it doesn't have much in the way of extras or interior equipment. The lighting and livery is somewhat inspired by Puerto Rico Police departments. I hope you enjoy your new vehicle to patrol Cayo Perico!

I basically had to put this together. The textures wouldn't load and it had the wrong template loaded. The headlights would show up either. They look weird in OpenIV but they look normal in game, I will not be fixing any errors if found. I will be putting out a new model.....enjoy the Frankenstein
