What is that mod called that keeps the gang from being in a shoot out if you shoot someone?

I am not sure what ENB is and I never had to before. I went away from it for a bit playing fivem and came back didn't install anything new and it stopped working. oh I know what you mean now about ENB, i deleted all but once i try to launch it, it comes back

I am having same issue and removed those and it didn't work. I think it is a major issue with Rage causing it

NVM Solved LSPDFR loads fine but when i go to load EUP Menu is crashing. I just updated everything for ther recent GTA update. Rage Log SOLVED

Thank you. I did a reverse image search trying to find something. I did find where it was part of LSPDFR but I guess my eyes did not see the keys file the first time.

I want to remove a mod but I don't know which one is causing this. Anyone know what the mod is that puts this in-game?

So I installed EUP and the few others to go with it but when i do LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll I get the following error. Not sure why it is crashing. It's been a while since I have installed this. This is a fresh GTA install. Note 1: Also made sure RageNativeUI was updated Note 2: Tried to reinstall EUP
