Small world! I am SURE I saw this same car near the FBI Baltimore buiding on March 1st. (I even took a pic of it)  Was your father working that day? Sorry if this is too personal!
Wrong car the one only had one spotlamp.

"P" toggles between definition on and off. After you go on duty either press "P" again or go to the graphics menu and turn definition on.

It *should* stop them from spawning at all (LCPDFR can spawn them as transports, but GTA won't spawn them, so they won't spam the streets).

Yeah it's just a side effect of the way the mod essentially adds them to the cars it spawns (so you can select them and so they can appear as backup) but also because those cars aren't given specific drivers, they appear like civilian cars but with no drivers.

I think using traffic mods (trafficload or trafficflow for example) might be able to reduce them. Also I'm not sure but editing the cargrps.dat to include them as police vehicles may also help. Not sure though.

In EFLC/TBoGT/common/data/cargrp.dat (edit it with Notepad), find the line that ends # POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS. Add policeb, police3, and police4 to that line.

No, there isn't. You can only reload all of the scripts.

Not suretbh... but to get around the going on duty process press Alt + p to start LCPDFR and then Cntrl + P to force duty. Saves going to a police station after reloading scripts

I just downloaded LCPDFR 0.95 RC2 and everything is working great. I love the new taser system and the weapon model but I have a suggestion. I don't think that civilians should be fleeing in all directions once the taser is used. I feel that it really ruins the surrounding environment when cars are abandoned, light poles destroyed and cowering civilians are everywhere just because the taser is used on one fleeing or resisting perp. Is there a way to make the civilians treat it as they did in the previous releases? By just ignoring it? Right now they treat the taser as if it's like a deadly weapon.

It's currently replacing a weapon (nailgun), so peds act as if you're firing a weapon, by running for the hills, the old system worked in a very different way.

Whether or not it can be changed can be answered by the developers, I can only answer on why the peds behave like like they do

No, because it actually is a modified pistol. There is no way of stopping the peds from running.

I remember seeing a topic about this issue, but I cannot seem to find it. Here's my problem the words that appear on the top left screens are incomplete. If you don't understand its the words like " Press E to use the police computer " at the top left. For example, usually when you press CRTL + ALT + SHIFT + B the top left would say " Medical Assistance enroute ", but now it just says " M ". It's incomplete. How do I fix this?

Maybe not, they are most likely classed as police officers.
