Can look like you're struggling with your Windows .. version do you have? And have you put GTAIV folder as Read-only (readonly?) And remember checking the GTA Launcher.exe file for the Run as Administrator (Run as administrator)? Do you have Windows 7, it may be that UAC is blocking the program from writing to files .. turn off the User Account Control in Control Panel, or the UAC as it's called if you have English Windows.

i have done every thing that is on the last page. i tryd everything. but it is always something that dont run like it should.

The problem is that when I start the game, get an error message appear: EFCreater exception in module DSOUND.dll that 000116c5. Can not CreateFile "C: / Program Filser (x86) / rockstar games / Grand Theft Auto IV / asilog.txt. No access." But when I take away Dsound (89.5 kb) and replaces it with a Dsound of 359kb, when the game works until Lødingen done. I see Nico, but then it becomes black screen and play close. And the files Dsound file size 89.5KB and the AdvancedScriptHook.dll size 131KB is correct. And the Framework is the file that is in the link. I try to run the program you're talking about, but it does not work. Added a picture to show. It is in Norwegian, but it means that the program does not work.
