i had the same problem fully delete the police radio out of the plugins and then play game see if its stable and fresh reinstall it that how i fixed it i think it a bug from the new update and the old one but unshore

i just deleted all the police radio stuff and it worked for me run it with out the radio and see if it crashes and if lspd dll is stable

i fully deleted it from the game then redownloaded it and added it and it working with out a problem i was have the same probblem as you guys crashing lspdfr dll

i dont think you can it els i think you only can change the individual sound via open iv eg ambulance warnings etc but i could be wrong some one might of work out a way by now

it because theres 80000 people that signed the portion and the game reviews drop to shit

thats normal you can adjust the lights so they are less in your face by editing the visualsetting dat
