mybe try Packfile Limit Adjuster -
add the els.xml files in the ELS folder and to spawn in the cars use a trainer "Spawn Vehicle by Model Name" and the LSCS1 and so on to spawn them

Description This is the next part of my State wide pack im currently working on multible Departments like police/sheriff/Highway Patrol and Ranger over the time i will be releasing them step by step when one Department gets finished or i thnik its done. all of the cars will be addet by the dlc pack no metas to add just drag and drop the car files in and the els.xmls and you are done and can paly --------------------------------------------------------------------------------SPECIAL FEATURES-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- this pack includes hybrid models that means that the cars have non els controlled lights. I used that to have the option to remove the pushbar on the models so you can choose to have a pushbar or not and still have lights on the pusbar or in the grill of the car also the stadyburns get controlled from none els but i includet a carcols with and without stadyburn lights in the lightbar. - removeble pushbar/ wrapround extra_12 and extra_ten - statdyburn and no stadyburn version

just checked on my end i have no problem like that on the 13 FPIU -
there is no replace option in the download you can make them replace but if there are any problems i will not support that because you did thatr on your own- 28 comments

it is WIP there are other departments coming -
next time read the "ReadMMEEEEEEE" first what files you need -
thats on your end then i have no idea what you did but it is 100% in the download Statewide addon by Daddeln

i redid the dlc.rpf maybe open iv bugged out there and made the pack bigger that in is

do you mean that when the red mirror light flashes that the corona is visible in the headlight and not at the left mirror?

not shure maybe later on first on the list is ro update the other packs to hybrid a mix out of VisualV and NVR on top with a reshade that i cant remember

you need them for the Port autority pack and the state sheriff investigators pack for now also when you use your own it can happen that when you activate lightstage 3 that all af the car lights turn off let me find out if there is a way to put the carcols in the addon so you can still use your own

i just installed it again in my test mods folder also downloadet it from here and it works fine is a problem on your and nothing i can do on my addon folder sorry pal

try and instal the dlc.rpf new someone earlyer had the problem that some meta files where missing but it was in the file i uploadet maybe a meta got corrupted or so other than that i have no idea when you have a working gameconfic and installed it right do you have any cars addet or just the empty addon folder ?

yeah because the ions emmesives are smaller that the ones from the avangers also the ions are behind the grill
