ELS has 4 files you need to drag and drop into the GTA V directory. The folder "ELS", a "AdvancedHookV.dll" and "ELS.asi/ELS.ini". All of those go into Grand Theft Auto V. There is a thing in ELS > pack_default > called "POLICE.xml". This is designed specifically for BxBugs' CVPI. Make sure you have a "vehiclename.xml" (Called a VCF) for every vehicle installed you plan to use ELS with. So, if you install BxBugs CVPI, put it in the police slot, or rename the VCF to whatever the vehicle is. Go in game, hit J K L to activate lights. There should be tutorials on youtube by now of how to use and install ELS if this wasnt clear enough.
