Richard Noggin reacted to RobertTM for a file, 2014 Dodge Charger - "Sheriff"Los Santos County Sheriff Office
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Information:
A minimalist style lighting setup, simple but effective. This car has functioning takedowns, pushbar collisions and breakable windows. You can put this car in any law enforcement slot as long as it is based on a Charger (Buffalo). Make sure to put all vehicle files in the latest patchday. If your windows are tinted by default, go to your vehicles.meta and replace the diffusetint value for whatever slot you replaced with:"0x00FFFFFF". If you have any problems / bugs please post a comment about it instead posting a negative review, it may just be a simple fix. I will try to help fix any problems and answer any questions.

Richard Noggin reacted to Albo1125 for a file, Modding DLC Pack Vhttps://albo1125.com
Modding DLC Pack V allows for a simplified installation process of peds, weapons, vehicles and meta file entries - both for addons and replacements.
After installing the Modding DLC Pack V OIV file, you can do the following, all from one central folder:
Install unlimited addon/replacement peds and addon peds.meta entries; Install replacement weapons; Install unlimited addon/replacement vehicles including support for vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta and handling.meta; Add custom names to your (addon) vehicles; Easily restore all of the above after a GTA 5 update.
Please ensure to carefully read the supplied README.pdf file for tutorials and guides on how to do all of the above. I have also done a video tutorial series (see above) showing how to perform all of the above properly.
Many thanks to @festivalmatt for his very many valuable contributions to Modding DLC Pack V.
Credits for the included gameconfig.xml file go to Dilapidated.
Please do not reupload or redistribute Modding DLC Pack V as a standalone file. If you would like to use Modding DLC Pack V as a base to release a pack of mods or similar, that’s fine - please include credit and a link back to this original Modding DLC Pack V ☺
