Or simply copying-pasting all the content of the file in a pastebin link to post here? I dunon if this would help me understanding why you're getting this error, but maybe other people will understand the whole file and will be able to help you !

Hi ! ;) I think you can obviously take it back by going on steam ( If you have it on steam ofc ), and then right-click " Grand Theft Auto V ", and then "Properties", "Local data(or something like that)", " Verify integrity of game cache ", and then, it'll download your resident.rpf back Hope I've helped.
