Solutions

  1. IanRam's post in LSPDFR keeps crashing was marked as the answer   
    that will not work, because of the Central Real-Life Traffic Mod, it uses other textures.

    Edit: i solved the Problem with the lights. I edited the bus and taxi signs from the central car pack and installed a new visualsettings.dat
