Hey there

I wanted to make a plugin where you can ask peds for fishing license, hunting license, and boat education card. If you enjoy doing beach patrols or wilderness now you can check to see if they have a valid license.

The INI is fully customizable too

You can change how often the licenses are valid, (default 95%), how long the license are valid for (default 1 year, example Valid: February 4, 2026 Expires: February 4, 2027), you can disable the licenses. You can also change the probability of the peds having a license.
You can change the date format (Default is mm/dd/yyyy). You can also change the time zone. 0 is Eastern Time Zone so -3 to be on pacific time or 5 for UK time. Additionally the dates will never be ahead of what time zone you have set. I have it set to eastern and it's currently 03/08/2026, I won't find a license that says 03/09/2026 until the date comes

You can set the city name to false if you prefer not to have it shown on the license. If you prefer to do non lore patrols you can also change the state abbreviation along with the city name and county name. The addresses will never have a road in Blaine County with Los Santos as the city (unless if you decide to change it for any reason). Feel free to change the zip codes as well. The street names will remain the same no matter what. If you want to change the department of the issuing licenses like STATE OF SAN ANDREAS FISH & WILDLIFE to SAN ANDREAS FISH AND WILDLIFE, feel free to. You can also change the name of the cards. Instead of Boat Identification Card, you can change it to Boating License.

The license numbers, DOB, and the name will stay the same every time you interact with them. Additionally the name and DOB will be the same if you look up the ped through STP, however the address won't be the same in Compulite. I know the text size is a bit small, I tried to increase it, but I haven't had success.

Also no, it probably won't match up to police smart radio or Computer+. Maybe one day I might, but I have other plans right now.

INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop all files to Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/LSPDFR.

Make sure you have RageNativeUI installed.

I got tired of peds walking in the road way when I use my lights so I made a LSPDFR plugin to help clear the roadway. This works with stage 3 lighting for ELS and non ELS when lights are activated. The peds in the road will go to the nearest sidewalk and they will run to it. Sometimes they will still walk in the intersection and then run. If a ped begins to cross the road they will turn and then run to the closest side rather than sprinting across the road. Keep in mind they are not going to be fast runners, it's their normal speed so you will still have to wait for them to clear.
 
Instructions for installation:

Place the .dll in Grand Theft Auto V/ Plugins/LSPDFR
 
 

I miss Jimmy Buffett. I enjoyed his laid back and beach style life. I've been wanting to do something for some time as a way to remember him in GTA, but not my typical bus stops. I replaced the ecola sign on the building just south the pier on the boardwalk.

OVERVIEW
 
I had been wanting to change some of the citation charges for a while. I tried doing it with the Henrico laws, but I never realized that I had made mistakes and I thought it was too much to put in. I finally decided to try it with Florida laws and after help from Tryphonx and Reddington I was able to get it to work properly. I didn't see any problems after everything was booted up, but if you see an issue please let me know.
 
ABOUT THE LAWS
 
I tried my best to find the laws and change the charges and citations for the list that is currently present. Remember a lot of laws can vary from state to state including how a law is defined. I spent all day looking up everything With different circumstances with the laws I think I will change it from a basic format to a format that has is more classed like 1st offense, 2nd, etc at some point. I at least wanted to get this out and finished so that way if you guys like to do Florida style patrols you can use it as well. Is it perfect? No and I am fully aware that I probably made some mistakes when it comes to charges, but I had gotten what I found from law firm websites where they post possible/base penalties.
 
REQUIREMENT
 
Always make sure you have the most recent version of Bejoljo's CompuLite. Go to his website.
 
INSTALLATION

Hello!

I decided to make a Harrisonburg police car since it was one of the places I was thinking about moving to. It's a fairly small town with only 53,558 people so I decided to put them in my sheriff slots. The read me is in the download file. Make sure you read it because there are a few steps you have to do. The license plates are optional, but I did add _n plate in just in case. Remember to READ THE READ ME.

So I had decided to try to make a new park ranger skin again. After I gave up after my first attempt I spent the past few days in the morning and night to come up with a good, but simple skin. I do have to say thanks to Lucas for telling me about the arch function to help me finally get the symbol right. If you are wondering that is Baxter State Park symbol on the car. Also I know that the skin is a bit off. The back door handle is higher on the driver side door compared to the rest of the truck.


INSTALLATION
MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL IT IN THE LATEST PATCHDAY IN YOUR MODS FOLDER
 
There are 3 different folders of different styles of the truck. I used the first and the last one. Once you install the truck find the skin and replace it with the one I provided in OpenIV. Go into the ELS folder inside the download and rename the file to pranger, open with notepad and save as xml. If you do not do this ELS will NOT work for the truck.

 
 

OVERVIEW
 
After a few days of trying to find a good vehicle that has a template to use and messing around to see what could fit I finally came to the end game of this one. I had to change some stuff such as the font for an example because for one I couldn't find the font that they use. This is the best I can do for a pick up truck that has some type of lifeguard equipment on it. I made it for the 2010 F350 . If you can make it better than me then be my guest. This is my first completed skin so I know it's not going to be perfect, but it is the best I can do for now.

Go to the lguard.ytd and replace the template in the file with the one I provided. I also included a red surf board in it since one of the pictures I saw had one. I don't know what the real surfboard looks like so do what you want with it.

About this mod
 
I was playing LSPDFR a few months ago while talking to my good friend Lucas and we came up with the idea of something to delete objects and peds when tow trucks for an example or incapable of figuring out on how to get to your location. After struggling to clear a scene in Cassidy Creek and the tow truck stuck I told him there needed to be something. Within 5 minutes he had made Entity Zapper. I figured to at least share it with you guys so you don't have to worry about the same problems.  It comes in handy when you need to delete vehicles and objects or your back up police when they aren't dismissed after you said for them to. 

How to install the mod
 
Unzip the folder and drag and drop the files into Grand Theft Auto V/plugins.
 
How to use it
 
You will need to have a stun gun equipped. Get to close to the object you want to delete, go into stealth mode/crouch, aim and shoot. Now sometimes the taser will still go off regardless if the object is deleted or not. If you need to delete multiple objects remember to let the taser recharge before deleting another object.
