Information:
This pack is from my personal collection. I built this for my LSPDFR single player about a month ago, and it was time I changed up what's in my game. Based off no particular department, I present this pack, with the Valor light bar. I recently fell in love with this light bar in particular after visiting Los Angeles recently, and seeing it on the top of their LAPD '16 Explorers. Anyway, hope you enjoy. I love the ELS setting on this pack, so it's locked in the VCF. To change just turn it to 'false' in the VCF.

Hi Guys,
Welcome to the Sandy Shores Police Department in the Special Unit Narcotics Task Force. This mini package consists of a vehicle texture including matching EUP texture with some variations. I confidently limited the package to a vehicle because I only play it as a singel person in my game without backup from the same department.

The texture is trimmed to perfectionism! each pixel is drawn in perfection including the enclosed window texture and even the computer screen background in the vehicle, for all ego perspectives players among us!

Side runners are loosely based off of the whelen tracer side runners
 
You can use these for more than just side lighting, real life the tracer lights disconnect into strips and connect together. They've been used on ram bars for the single and double lights, and other areas. So these can be used for a lot more than just side lighting
 
All variations together the lights are 3,605 tris
A single light is 243 tris
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, whatever I really don't care. Just credit me for the original work

Questions Regarding the release of the uniforms are tricky because I use the beta version of EUP I would have to convert some stuff back to the "public version" of EUP if i find the time i may do that.

This pack is based on the DRPS, and as with most of my other work is lore friendly. This was a pack originally for private use but I liked it enough to bring it all together and share with everyone. All my normal things that many of you have become accustom to, variety of unit numbers, etc.
 
This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

Well, I know this may be a bit of deja vu for all of you but trust me this was pure coincidence that @Sinnisa and I were creating packs based off the same county at the same time. However his has all the fun exciting ones and mine is definitely not as intricate or exciting just your basic patrol vehicles. However its spiced up with some of the older style skins and some supervisor skins to give a bit more. I have only done five skins for each as I had noticed some performance issues with adding in as many as I use to include in my packs. However this can always change with time so enjoy. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle matching the skin you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Installation:
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Drag and drop the VCF ELS XML file from the archive to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default folder. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR THE ARROWBOARD TO WORK!
3. If the lightbar does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
    <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file (You may need to do this for police4, fbi2, and sheriff2). 
4. The Ford Explorer has modified properties in vehicles.meta so the car handles correctly. 
See instructions in the car folders for installation.
 
Using the arrowboard: To raise/stow the arrowboard, press Alt + [. To activate/deactivate the arrowboard lights, press K (secondary lights). 
To change the direction of the arrows, press Ctrl + P to bring up the ELS Control Panel, scroll to the next pattern by pressing "i" (or Alt + i to scroll back to the previous pattern).
 
 
If bugs are found, please report them as soon as possible!

About the Vehicle:
This vehicle was originally uploaded on 09/8/2018. To this day, It is still my most downloaded vehicle. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown this file. This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.
