Du nutzt die veraltete Ragehook-Version, die dem Download beiliegt. Lade dir die neueste Ragehook Version auf https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx?Category=1 runter und packe sie in den GTA Ordner (überschreiben/ersetzen notwendig).

Das ist die Antwort auf deine inititale Frage. Das Ragepluginhook im LSDPFR Download selber wird erst bei nem LSPDFR Update selbst wieder geupdatet, bis dahin muss man das RPH von der offiziellen Webseite nehmen.

Ragepluginhook wie auch LSPDFR sind beide aktuell, jedoch musst du Ragepluginhook installieren, nachdem du LSPDFR installiert hast. Denn das RPH im LSPDFR-Download selbst ist das alte. Und das ist außerdem keine verständliche Formulierung. Du bestätigst dem Vorposter ja, dass alles aktuell ist. Und dann sagst du, dass man irgendwas nicht neuinstallieren könne, wenn man es noch nicht zuvor installiert hätte. Das ist minder verständlich. Denke, das ist eine Reflexion wert, bevor man hier Leute anmacht, die dir nur helfen wollen. Schließlich bleibt ein Gros der Fragen hier unbeantwortet, weil es entweder genug Antworten auf Google gibt, oder weil keiner seiner Zeit hierfür aufopfern möchte.

Verstehe den Sinn der Aussage nicht. Warum sollte man es neuinstallieren, wenn man es noch nie installiert hat? Dat is doch total der Sinnlose Satz. Ich kann auch kein Auto neu lackieren, wenn ich kein Auto habe...

This Mod simply translates all of the LCPDFR Audio files into German, the only exception being the Random Chatter noises. Der Fokus wurde daraufgelegt, dass die Audiofragmente möglichst logisch zusammenpassen in den Funksprüchen, ohne dass die Grammatik darunter leidet. Exportier die Texturen aus der YTD, Lad dir Irfanview runter, drücke B, wähle die Texturen aus, mach sie alle kleiner und pack sie zurück in die YTD, keine YTD muss größer als 6MB sein.

Nein, dafür sollte man die carcols.ymt ändern, nicht die visualsettings! Aber bei ELS Fahrzeuge gibt es das Problem zum Glück meist eh nicht.

So far, I've heard nothing but good things said about DLS. I'm very eager to test it, when it gains some traction over here in the european modding communities. Mostly negligible, that's true. It varies from user to user though. It's however just another potential cause of instability, when you're running a heavily modded game. But it's NOWHERE near as bad as in GTA 4 though, with AI ELS being almost impossible to use due to constant crashing. There used to be a time, ELS didn't exist and Non-ELS was the only way to setup lights. So there are a lot of non ELS cars still out there, especially in the German modding community, where you'll find very few new cars (publicly). However, I agree that nowadays it's mostly lore vehicles and FIveM cars that are non-ELS. I agree 100%, there are some amazing examples for either of these methods! I messed up the formatting big time, it's been a long time since I was really active in the forums. Greetings 🙂

NON-ELS allows for a wider range of pattern configurations as well, as ELS limits User and DEV to premade patterns. With Non-ELS, you can have any pattern you want, by editing the sirensetting, without sacrificing Extras. It is also performance-friendlier. However it is more effort for the user and a challenge to unexperienced ones.

Am besten mal in den Ragepluginhook Settings LoadNoPlugins On Startup einstellen, und LSPDFR dann ingame manuell starten.

Moin! This is a german translation replacing the StopThePed XML-files. Für all diejenigen, die gerne eine deutsche Übersetzung für STP hätten, die nicht so sehr auf Nüchternheit, sondern mehr auf Kreativität ausgelegt ist, für die ist dat genau das Richtige! Schließlich ist Los Santos nicht dafür bekannt, das Epitom der Frömmigkeit und Reihenhausdeutschheit zu sein. Denn meist trägt man nicht nur öde Gegenstände, wie Handy und Brieftasche mit sich, sondern eben auch mal ein Torx-Schraubenset, oder ein Feuchtraum-Lüftungsgitter! Gleiches gilt für die Dialoge, die die Mannigfalt der Persönlichkeiten auf Los Santos Straßen einfangen sollen! Ihr könnt meine Übersetzung verwenden, wie ihr wollt: Für euer Gameplay, für euer Let's Play, für euer Cosplay – Ihr könnt daraus sogar eine Kampfrede gegen einen Bürgerkrieg in Äquatorialguinea schreiben. This is a small german sirenpack I created for Grand Theft Auto V, as the ones already out there are either incomplete or lack proper soundquality. This time I omitted a proper satirical description as I couldn't be bothered - The German GTA 4 modding scene has shrunk either way. The Horns.ivaud is provided in the download archive. As is a folder containing the raw soundfiles in case you want to edit the Horns.ivaud on your own.
