    Just a fictional 1990 LSPD Caprice. My first model I've ever built. Comes with three extras (rambar, cage and spotlights). Non-ELS. 
     
    Uses Lundys 1990 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 Police Package.

    Yeah... So its an ME van not based on anything in particular, so when you request a coroner a van from the LSPD will respond, includes a full interior as shown below so if you want to use it you can, diamond patterns by 0taku.
