I do not own any credits related to the vehicle or any parts of it. I just made the skin based of the template using paint and paint.net.
This skin was made for the GMC Van from the pack NOPD Early 90's Police Cars (Non ELS) 1.0.0 by Officer K Slimm

Also included is a carvariation data with the changed light and sirensetting. It will have yellow old headlights. I also recommend using the audionamehash of the surfer in the vehicles.meta to make it sound properly.
