    // Installation
    1. Open SparkIV or OpenIV
    (Link: http://openiv.com/)
    2. Select GTA IV
    3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img\   in your program(OpenIV or SparkIV)
    4.Download the model of car 
    Link: https://www. .com/gta-4/cars/61929-ford-fusion-2014-belgian-police-els.html
    5. Import noose.wft and noose.wtd files in your Program
    6. Go to noose.wtd and find (car_sign_1)
    7. Replace it with the texture you downloaded (2014 Ford Fusion SPVG)
    8. Run GTA IV
