Sergeant Davis was on routine patrol on state route 68 in Harmony when she pulled into the supermarket parking lot to work on DUI reports from the night previous when bright purple Voodoo caught her eye in the parking lot down by the Suburban clothing store. Davis could tell that something was off as the right side of the vehicle was sitting lower than the left. Upon further investigation, Davis discovered that the entire right side of the the vehicle was dented and battered with some type of blunt object, it was even missing the passenger side door. Davis went into Suburban in hopes to find the owner, which she did. The owner followed her outside where she saw the damage for herself. She was in total shock and stated that she "knows exactly who did this". The victim stated that her estranged husband Michael Townley was at fault for the crime in question.

Without anything further to go on, Davis regrettably could do nothing more. Davis finished her report and gave the victim a copy as well as a case number. Due to the vehicle being unserviceable, Davis arranged for the victim's vehicle to be towed to her home in Paleto Bay out of her own pocket.
