Unfortunately, that I'm not sure about as I have never made a siren before.  I know one way to do it is remove other audio files from the vehicles folder, but you can decrease your siren tones to make it work.  I'd wait for someone who has messed with it before to post.

You're kinda confusing me.  When you say scripts, do you mean LSPDFR, Arrest Manager, etc? or actual script mods like ELS?

Sorry, it is against both Rockstars and our policy to upload and redistribute game files.  You'll need to verify integrity of game cache.

Unfortunately, your log doesn't say anything about the crashes.  This leads me to think either
 
a)  With you being on Windows 10, the creator's update may be causing it.  Check this topic on how to fix it. 
 
 
or
 
b) There's still something installed incorrectly that's causing it. 
 
Are you able to launch GTA V normally, via the GTA.exe and load into the game?  If yes, then there's a problem with one of the mods.

Ha ha, it's okay. I apologize as well, your first screenshot is backwards, so I'm having difficulty understanding it.
 
From what I am seeing, you installed the plugins incorrectly.  It looks like you have a Grand Theft Auto V folder in the LSPDFR folder, which is incorrect.  Police Scanner also shouldn't be in the LSPDFR folder.  Police Scanner should be in main GTA directory-->lspdfr.
 
Looking at the screenshot more, you also have other plugins installed in there that shouldn't be there.  I mean this in the nicest way possible, but you should go back and read the readmes that come with these plugins, as they say where to install them.

np but it still may not work or may cause you issues because you seem to be missing your PlayGTAV.exe icon. I don't see it in any of those screens... I just see a shortcut to it but not sure where the actual icon is..
