    I have run GTA IV before fresh without any additions, I also logged on to the Windows Live thing whilst playing the campaign. I have now downloaded LCPDFR automatic install and now the game wont run at all. It will go to the social club page and then wont run after that, task manager doesnt show the game even attempting to run.
