theres no download link. all it is, is a couple photo's asking people what they think of the first ped texture i made, if it was a mod there would be a *DOWNLOAD* button on the top, but theres not so its not a mod

i just downloaded blender and i dont understand it, i cant find help online or anywhere on how to inport vehicle images to model or how to model anything.

i know that zmodeler is the first choice for modders to create vehicle mods for gta but i was wondering if google sketchup would work to create mod's?

hello all again, i recently downloaded a firetruck pack that included 4 different livery's in it, i made replacements for them and want to install them into my game using spark BUT... when i replaced all 4 the only one that would show up is livery 1 and not the other 3, i created an Engine 1-4 and only engine 1 will appear when spawning. can someone please help me?! if it has to do with the vehicle.ide then could you please give me a quick down and dirty on how to edit the ide?! thank you, Rollyhood

i actually found a non els version of the E229 that is exactly the same as the vanilla car, thank you guys for your responses on trying to help me, much appreciated btw: does anyone know where i could find a non ELS version of the ambulance for download?, i want to make one of it but i need to find a non ELS version of the vanilla ambulance, kinda like the E229 and other boroughs of the firetruck there is floating around the net

how do i import a skin onto a vanilla car? i downloaded a template for the firetruck but after i created it (it looks awesome btw) i cannot seem to import it into the files, all i see are " badges, decals, details, lights glass, and their specs!" how do i import the skin i created? please help me!

hello all, i recently have been working on a basic texture mod that converts the firefighters FDLC to a borough (ex: FDLC to ALGONQUIN) and upon trying to add them in game to add in insted of replace the basic texture, i was unable to do so, it will only let me replace insted of add in the new textures! can someone who has done this before please help me?!

hello again, i want to mod all the fire department vehicles from the department im on into the game aswell as create tools we use, i know how to do make the vehicle textures so this will bring me to my questions: 1) how can i make a mod of our fire station complete with the interior? 2) how can i create emergency lights or where can i find pre made ones? 3) how can i create wepons mods so i can make like the jaws of life (dont actually have to act like them) haligans, and even a fire hose (probably just mod a gun to shoot water(theres a mod for that already))? if anyone can help that would be great!

hello. i recently saw a video featuring Lt Caine's work with vehicle mods, and i saw in the coments the guy who created it say, he replaced the phantom with one of the car, it had the lights going and all, so my question is... how do i do this, i tried it and it didnt work, i tryed it with the ripley and it didnt work, does anyone know how to do this and could lend me a hand Thank you Rollyhood
