Hey,unfortunately the same thing with the laptop happened to me. If I were you I would just up grade your video card for your desktop. My desktop has about the same settings but I upgraded the video card and the game runs good. You can't run extremly high graphics though.

If any experienced modders would be willing to take a look at this let me know and I will send you the car files. I have been messing with this car for 4 days and everytime I try to test it in game it crashes. I cannot figure out the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I cannot figure out why the cars turn black as described. I am going to start from scratch again, and remake this pack. Unfortunately this is going to take some time.

Yeah I know, but as I started making this pack I wanted to make it realistic. I didn't find any pictures of Ohio State police cars with push bars.

To avoid multiple extra's I attach all extra's that are the same to each other. Example: all extra_1's attach together so there is only one extra_1 listed, but you will have multiple lights as extra_1. Hope that helps man.
