    I just went out with my friends crown vic and recorded the sounds edited them in audacity and use a ivaud tool.

    How to install:
    Use your sparkIV and and then locate STREAMED_VEHICLES.rpf in your pc->audio->sfx folder.
    Replace v_style_3.ivaud with this one.
