Unmarked 2009 Dodge Charger
 
This is meant to be a detectives/federal agency unit. Because of that, it has minimal equipment.
The spotlights and partition are extras, respectively.

Install instructions:
Put the model files into the latest vehicles patchday.
 
If using RDE put them in the rde vehicles.rpf
IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT RDE IS, THEN USE THE PATH ABOVE ^
mods\update\update.rpf\x64\rde\rdevehicles.rpf\

move the xml files into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

This is my first ever skin that I have made for GTA V. This for an old department I used to live in, and I love the FPIU, so I made it.
 
I am well aware of that fact that the patch on the door is different, I couldn't find a good one to put on.
If I did something wrong or didn't credit someone... please let me know so I can fix it.

I present to you Maine State Police FPIS and MSP Uniform.  I couldn't find any Maine State Police textures on this site, so I decided to create one and share with everyone who is interested.
 
Credit for creating the Taurus goes to Gump.
 
I only created the textures, please do not reupload this file anywhere without my permission.
 
Taurus Skin Installation:
1. Download the Taurus Model by Gump (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/14554-els2016-fpis-wwhelen-liberty/)
2. Use OpenIV and go to: GTA5/Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday12ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/police3.ytd (or wherever you installed it - I used the police3 slot)
3. Set OpenIV to Edit Mode
4. Open police3.ytd
5. Replace tau_sign_4 texture and delete the rest (deletion is optional and ensures other textures do not spawn)
6. Save and enjoy!
 
Ped Skin Installation:
1. Install EUP 7.4
2. Replace both .ytd files (starting with jbib and lowr) in this directory via OpenIV:
GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/eup_componentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_male_freemode_business
 
Trooper Hat Installation:
1. Install EUP 7.4
2. Replace p_head .ytd file in this directory via OpenIV:
GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/eup_componentpeds_p.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_p
 
Save and enjoy!

Here you go guys after 2 months I think of developing. A 2016 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor unlocked for the public to use! Frankly this is becoming the new Crown Victoria and there is no proper unlocked models for the public to use. So here is this. This took alot of motivation and help from the community and I would like to take a moment to thank these people for their support over the course of this development.

Bugs:
Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge needles are not blue, not sure how to do such? Notes:
To not overlook something I couldn't implement properly is you should add Whelen Vertex's in the headlamps! As shown here https://i.gyazo.com/241c0f3a5e62ec6f7f838a267985fb66.png Stock plates are removable. Just delete the plates in polygon mode by material selecting "vehicle_genericmud_car" material Unlocked for developmental usage, give credits as always As accurate as possible to the 2016 model year Updates might come in the near future

T/A might fly off with rear end crashes, might need an edited vehicles.meta to fix Super minor, but the lightbar glass only crashes when there's impact on the left side(red side) Can't see through side rear windows when the vehicle has max dirt Please notify me of any bugs (not installation problems) that I missed in the comments Dials require vehicle.meta edits to show up. Use the .meta I provided if you don't know to change dials for cars.
