    Eigentlich sollte eine Anleitung immer dabei sein. Die Dateien vom Traffic Policer ziehst du einfach in deinen GTA5-Ordner. Kontrolliere dann, ob die Traffic Policer.dll und .ini in dem Plugins\LSPDFR Ordner ist.
    Über dem "Buchstabenfeld" deiner Tastatur die 2. Also D1-9 sind einfach oben die Tasten 1-9.
