    They are all located in the vehicles.awc file which is in x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf

    Maybe try and place the skins in the hi ytd file.

    Some vehicle models have been updated and do not load from x64e.rpf anymore.
    Best practice is to make sure you put all updated vehicle model and texture files in the latest patchday DLC that has a vehicles.rpf in it (patchday9ng as of the lowriders2 update). This way, they are guaranteed to be loaded instead of any other version of the files, and this can also be done with all ped files, too.
    See if that fixes it. Otherwise, it might be some installation error.

    Also, if the model has 2 .ytd files, make sure that skins are replaced in both of them, some models have duplicated skins in both their .ytd files for some reason.
