Traffic Changer with Patrol - NEW (Police has been RE-WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) (Tested 72hrs before Releasing)
NoMore 5 to 6 Cops on 1 Road - Major Fixed for LSPDFR
1. Traffic has been Reworked and more of it. Traffic is Busy 24/7. People is out and going to Work.
2. Many Peds Spawn all over the World, Robber, Prisoner, Gangsta and Much more which will have a relationship conflict!!!!.
3. Police has been Re-work and added to the Game-Code File for Automatic Spawning by 1% (This can't be set no lower).
4. Works Well with most of the popular LSPDFR Plug-ins and mods. (My Favorite - lsdpfr+, gta comes alive, Traffic police, arrest manager, storbes, police radio, traffic control, veh. search, traffic toolbox.)
5. My game has more Boxville cause they are coke, pepsi, fed ex and ups skins in my game, goes for the benson and burrito.
6. Limo, Hearse, DLC Cars, Army has been added to the main world. 
 I Use to play story mode with this mod, Really just started back playing LSPDFR after (LSPDFR+ Mod), Tested this for 72 hours before i release it, TO FIX EVERYBODY

Police will be Patrolling every 2 Blocks. (Massive Patrolling) Less with the Next Update or ill name it Different
Modders: Police, Police2, Sheriff and Sheriff2 are the Spawn Vech. So Change your Custom Car File name for this to Spawn your cars, or it will spawn Default.

Inspired by Cops Back on the Beat - The Only Difference is that this one has way more cops patrolling.  (If you like me, I want to see more cop cars passing by, Patrolling, Chasing People and Cars. There is a lot of Cops on the Highway now. Better for Back-Up)
