    This is my first contribution to the modding community and I wanted something with a little hometown feel so Kansas City, Missouri Police Department Textures fit the bill.
    Installation instructions are included in the README file provided in the download.
    I am not responsible for damage or lost files during the upload of these textures.  Please read the installation instructions and you shouldn't have any problems.
