This texture is made for 2015 CHARGER,but this model of NYPD pattern sticker which not exist in the real,I just seem Charger NYPD in 2014 model,wish can see the real in world. 
And one bug is at the car of "Rear-right",I used openIV view the texture is normal,I don't know what's going on of this?

Installation: 
1.Use OpenIV replace the texture in your file. 
2.The file you replaced will be: 
x64e.rpf \ levels \gta5 \ vehicles.rpf
 
 
 

Hello, this is all new 16 Explorer LAPD textures, you can see it as a visual, and I still can't make light and push bar stable, so I just made a sample texture for this, hope you enjoy first~

2.Open"file name.ytd" replace the texture in your file. 
3.The file you replaced will be: 
gtav \ mods \ x64e.rpf \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf 
4.Open"file name.yft" check texture done or not.
