Virginia State Police Skin Pack
How to install the CVPI:
Backup the original sheriff files.
Rename the police2.ytd, police2.ytf, police2+hi.ytd and the police2_hi.ytf files to sheriff.ytf, sheriff.ytf, ...
After that, use OpenIV and go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
Replace sheriff+hi.ytd with my file.
How to install the Interceptor:
Backup the original police3 files.
After that, use OpenIV and go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
Install the car.
Replace police3.ytd with my file.
How to install the Dodge Charger
Backup the original police2 files.
After that, use OpenIV and go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
Install the car.
Replace police2.ytd and police2+hi.ytd with my file.

I present to the public finally after figuring GTA V out and getting this ready for release. A 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor as The San Andreas Highway Patrol. This model has been worked on for more than a month's time almost to be up to the standards of a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. My sources are Knowledge, 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Manual, & Local Owners/Police. At this time the only inaccuracy is the Light Module on the dash which shall be worked on in a later update.
Bugs (1):
Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Notes (2):

These are my first skins, and they took me about two and a half days to make. I feel like they turned out fairly well. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
To install, open "police.ytd" (or "police3.ytd," "sheriff2.ytd") and replace "stainer_sign_1" (or "pol3_sign_1", "grgr_sign_1")

This texture is based on San Bernardino County Sheriff's cruisers with Blaine County markings. It requires dblock1989's Ford Crown Victoria, which you can download here. It will go well with my other San Bernardino County textures, including a 2012 Charger, 2015 Charger and 2008 Tahoe. I am also currently working on a Explorer livery in the same style.  Enjoy!
